The pure waters of Lake Annecy allow to swimm during the warm season (June, July, August, September). The closest beaches are in Menthon (1,2 km) and Talloires village, with diving boards and small pool for children.

 Free acess for the residence guests.

 The most  adventurous can swimm all year round. Ask Nadine, she is the secretary of the "Viking" local club in Talloires-Angon (with a sauna) . In Winter the water temperature range from 10°C to 3°C !!
