Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed when a downpayment of 25% of the amount of the stay is payed (by drafts, bank cheque or credit card number (by phone preferably) 

Balance of the stay

 The balance of the stay has to be paid

• On the day of arrival, when paid in cash or by credit card
• 7 days prior arrival date if paid by bank draft, postal money order

In case the duration of the stay should be reduced, the total amount of the initial booking is due.

Price

The prices include taxes and :

• The use of the agreed lodging
• Bed sheets, towels and kitchen cloth (beds are made on arrival, but the beds in the living room and eventual baby cods)
• Television
• Water consumption,  electricity, air conditionning and heating
• The change of towels  (for stays over 4 days)
• The use of Internet wi-fi

The final cleaning is not included and charged 20 €  if the apartment is not cleaned on departure.

 Visitor's tax

The vistor's is extra and to be paid on the spot. The total amount of this tax is paid back at  Touristic organization of the towns of Talloires, Veyrier, Menthon and Bluffy.

Cancellation from the client

 All cancellation have to be notified by registered letter at Résidence Florimontane. Here is the policy depending on the date of the reception of the cancellation.

• Before 30 days : 0 €
• Betwenn 30 and 15 days prior arrival date : 25% of the stay is due
• Between 14 and 8 days prior arrival date : 50% of the stay is due
• If 7 days before arrival or less : 75% of the amount of teh stay is due
• If "no show" on arrival date : 100% of the stay is due.

 Welcome and key handing

At the reception of the residence the guest is welcomed and the key (card) is given to him.  In case of early or late arrival (before or after reception opening hours) the guest should call the residence in advance to be able to retrieve the key and the code of the main door.

The apartments are available at 4 p.m. on arrival day and have to be released at 10 a.m. the day of departure.
